Perspective: I want to take my dog to work.
After working with my hands for many years and then, going into corporate America and staying at it for almost 5 years now, I can honeslty say, I want the kind of job I can bring my dog to. I have been struggling with finding satisfaction working in an office, under florecent lights and with the smell of toner all around. I feed my creative side each day during my lunch break as I peek in on other bloggers awesomeness and by digging around at my local thrift store for treasures to sell or craft on the weekend.
Corporate America is stealing my crafting soul. I want to get back out there and start using my hands again. I want to spend more time with my artist friends and I want to spend more time with my sewing machine. I miss that thing. I want to share my aweomseness with the world. I want to not be in an office but in a work shop. With my machine, my music, and my dog. If only I had a workshop. If only I had a dog.
